Welcome to BrickForth! By placing an order, you agree to the terms below. I aim to keep things fair, clear, and LEGO-fun. 😊


1. Ordering

  • Orders are accepted through BrickOwl only.

  • Minimum order amount: $5.00 (excluding shipping and fees).

  • Please review your cart carefully before checkout.

  • Orders may be canceled prior to payment without penalty.

2. Payment

  • Accepted payment methods: Paypal

  • Payment is expected within 2 days of checkout unless other arrangements are made.

  • Unpaid orders may be canceled after the payment window.

3. Shipping

  • Orders ship from the United States.

  • Handling time: same or next business day after payment is received.

  • Shipping is US-only.

  • Shipping methods and costs are calculated at checkout.

  • Free shipping on orders over $40 when the package meets the following USPS Ground Advantage limits:

    • Max length: 21 inches

    • Max length + girth: 105 inches

    • Max weight: 18 oz

  • Orders exceeding these limits may require paid shipping, even if the order total is over $40.

4. International Shipping

  • I currently do not ship internationally.

5. Condition of Items

  • New parts are factory-sealed unless otherwise noted.

  • Used parts are cleaned, sorted, and inspected for quality.

  • Minor play wear may exist on used parts; damaged items will be disclosed.

6. Missing or Incorrect Items

  • Please contact me as soon as possilbe if there is an issue.

  • I will gladly replace missing/incorrect items or issue a refund as appropriate.

  • Photos may be requested to help resolve the issue quickly.

7. Returns

  • Returns are accepted at our discretion.

  • Requests must be made within 3 days of delivery.

  • Items must be returned in original condition.

  • Buyer is responsible for return shipping unless the error was mine.

8. Refunds

  • Refunds are issued once returned items are received (if applicable).

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to my mistake.

9. Lost or Damaged Packages

  • I package orders carefully, but once shipped, responsibility transfers to the carrier.

  • If a package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact me so we can work toward a resolution.

10. Feedback

  • If there’s a problem with your order, please reach out before leaving feedback.

  • I value communication and will always try to make things right.

11. Terms Updates

  • Store terms may be updated periodically. The version in effect at the time of purchase applies to your order.
